    Hello,
I have the Phantom, with the Upgrade kit, the Zenmuse H3 2d, in a first time it's work nice without flying yet.
After plug it to the Dji soft, an update to the 3.14 version, i have the GCU Hardware ID like this: "?????????" and i make a lot of reset, back to 3.12 firmware, 3.14, 3.16 and nothing!
Did some of you know how to hard reset the updrage kit or the GCU on it ?
    Thank you.

I don't think the GCU upgrade process for the main board-based GCU is going to be the same as for the external GCU. In any case, after installing the main board, my GCU reported version 1.0.0.9 and "no upgrades available." So I just left it alone and it works great.

Do be sure not to use any NAZA firmware version earlier than 3.16 once you install the new board. If you have problems with compass calibration or blinking red/yellow lights when you install 3.16, do some Googling and you'll find the process you need to follow. It includes loading the Default Config Parameters from the DJI.com support site.
