Future DJI support?

I'm Sorry if this topic has already been noted. My question as a new owner of a phantom 3 advanced, no longer being sold in the US., is this platform going to get support from firmware updates going forward? Perhaps Mindy will view this and shed some light on it. I have 2 short flights on my p3a and now winter has settled in with High winds and snow. I have to say I really like this machine. Mavic is next.

DJI will not release new firmware updates for discontinued platforms unless a large bug is uncovered. That rarely happens.

That might actually be a good thing. It will certainly cut down on all the threads and debates as to whether or not to upgrade to the current firmware and how to downgrade to the previous version.

I'm not aware of any issues with the current firmware, so that's what I recommend you use.

I use all the latest APP and FW on our A and have no issues whatsoever.
