Hi all,

I am ordering a Futaba controller within the next week and have narrowed it down to the T8J and the T10J.

What are the differences between the two models? It seems most go for the 8 on here so assume there aren't any massive differences but thought I'd check?

Besides the obvious two extra channels, Telemetry.

You can monitor a/c LiPo voltage by just buying a small special cable to plug into the Rx.

Other data requires special interface/adapters.

There are two models (of either T8 or T10) Air and Heli.

The only difference in the T10 models is two toggle switches are swapped in position.
Not sure if same for T8.

Thanks for the post.

Seems like the 8 will do me just fine!

I've read on here that UK models don't come with the ability to just use AA batteries? Is this still the case as I plan on using AA's as I already have too much stuff that needs charging as it is with my setup..

I'm in US.

Call local shops??

I will, thanks.

Be keen to hear from anyone in the UK if they had the AA battery holder included?

Give Heliguy a ring in the morning on 0845 838 8652. They use Futaba gear for all their higher-end multi-rotors (S900/1000, etc). They'll certainly be able to tell you.
