full 360 views around a center point

Trying to locate some information and see if anyone knows if the phantom can circle a person at chest height, with the camera pointing at them? Also looking to do this with a building or two.

No, it cannot. It's not that intelligent.
You'll have to pilot it around them.

If you are VERY SKILLED, you can make the Phantom do this maneuver......it is very difficult!

Go practice, just don't try it from short radius.
