Not sure if it is new or used, there are no signs of wear. I won this in an auction, and I have the paperwork to prove that. I don't own a drone and therefore have no use for it. I have a buddy who is going to plug it into his phantom to ensure full functionality. Also if you would like to use PayPal to ensure no risk on your end than that is fine with me. Located in SLC Utah and I prefer local pickup but I can also ship within the U.S.
