Probably not but if that were a drone pilot doing the rescue, you can be sure there would be hell.

I'd be interested to see how the FAA views this video --- to me this heli pilot is recklessly putting 2 lives at risk (possibly more on the ground) in order to save a $500 toy stuck in a tree. Just from a common sense persepctive, he should lose his pilot license for a year over this stunt.

But of course --- the FAA thugs can only worry incessantly about a Phantom falling a baby's head and killing it.
