FPV Setup - Google Docs Survey

hi all
I have seen one of the most repeating questions on this forum is about an FPV setup for DJI phantom.
So I made a survey based on Google docs, very easy to answer and to see the results.

What I ask is to:
- Answer, if you have time and will
- Give me some advice on how to improve the english of the survey
- As you can see I dont know all the answers for many questions. What do you suggest? If you give me some brands, I will add them up.
Here is the survey, a draft version of course... what do you think is this a good idea?

Why no question about goggles?

For "other" I mean Always the possibility to add anything which I will add as a new choice. So if you say Other, you suggest to add the brand of the cam and I will add it.

Hope everything is clear, as so far no answer at all, I believe it should be interesting to participate, it will take a few minutes and my commitment is to keep it completed and update. the results of course are open to everybody

For instance, would you tell me some brands/choice for:
monitor shade
transmitter antenna
receiver antenna
monitor
?

Not sure why you need all this info, but it's missing a lot of usable data.

What frequency are you using for VTX?
What frequency are you using for remote control?
Are you using a head tracker?
Do you have sound?
Are you using OSD?
Do you wear glasses, and if so. + or - ?

I will put some of them like non compulsory questions

why? because I see that one of the most frequent thread in this forum is about FPV, and I was thinking that besides everything, to have a survey with what people use the most, would be useful... why bother to open thread about which monitor if you see that 90% is using a boscam diversity?

This survey is a great idea - I know it would have been helpful in setting up my solution. I submitted my answers already.

If you can get enough people to participate, it would be a good candidate for a sticky thread.

I think you've also got your transmitters mixed up.

Futaba 8J is the controller Transmitter, not FPV transmiter.

You should have

ImmersionRC 600 mw
FatShart 250mw
DJI AVL58

...to start with anyway

Hi, I have been away for a couple of days (went to Milano, Italy). I have seen there are more then 20 answers. Great!
Now I will update the answers and will provide some results in this post.

I was thinking that it would be nice to complete the survey with some other survey about Dji Phantom setups for camera, ginbal and so on.
What I need to do now is update with the answers you provided as "Other"... It will take it a few minutes, of course if any of you will know how to do it differently it would be appreciated

I think you've also got your transmitters mixed up.

Futaba 8J is the controller Transmitter, not FPV transmiter.
