Hi all - looking for a bit of help here as I've had a little search through the forums in regards to setting up FPV and I have to admit it all seems a bit daunting being very new to Quadcopters. (I film extreme sports with GoPro cameras and have recently bought the Phantom in an attempt to get some really unique shots).
I currently have a DJI Phantom 1.1.1 with a GoPro Hero 3+ Black edition in the mount but I am unable to use the wireless function of the GoPro to view as it interferes with the copter (transmits at 2.4ghz also).
I would like to get a monitor to attach to the control - is it going to be as simple as purchasing and attaching the following?

http://www.quadcopters.co.uk/gopro-hero-3-to-immersionrc-av-out-cable-609-p.asp
http://www.quadcopters.co.uk/immersionrc-fatshark-600mw-58ghz-tx-757-p.asp
On a side note, I have seen a reasonably priced gimbal for my next purchase but am hesitant due to the lack of reviews...can anyone comment on this?

Thanks in advance for any help.
