FPV - gps/atti/manual mode? with or without gimble?

I have seen a few videos of people flying fpv with and without gimble in GPS/ATTI/Manual modes.
What do you guys use? and for what purpose? Fun/ smooth cinematography ect.
I think im gonna try manual Mode With FPV but not sure if gimble is best...
also side bonus question. Any one use triblade props on the phantom 2 yet?

Martcerv is also a very experienced pilot, you might TRY flying in manual mode without gimbal or camera attached - its not as easy as you may think.
