FPV Goggles App... Low Cost Goggles Solution?

I don't even have the goggles yet. It was only a thought and I feel like it might make it more immersive. Thoughts?

That depends whether you think of a pilot or a bird. We thought flying with telemetry & map is more immersive like a real pilot. Imagine, when a pilot sits in cabin and looks straight, he can see through aircraft windows like goggles' FPV. When he looks down, he can see all sorts of instruments & gauges like goggles' telemetry with navigation map.

Thanks for the response. That makes sense but it would be nice to be able to do either, imo.

Interesting. Any intention of developing the app for Android?
