    I have Phantom 2 with a H3-3D/H4-3D Gimbal.
Will the DJI Phantom Rc Transmitter FPV Gimbal Pitch Control Tie Rod make any difference in the control.

Ok that's the X1 tilt control and to make fully functional you have to calibrate the RC unit in its software then in the P2's software calibrate X1 again with the RC turned on. That is not the best tilt control to work with. You can replace it with the newer RC unit which has a builtin battery and tilt control wheel on the upper left corner for about $100 dollars. If you decide to get the newer TX just make sure it's the 2.4Ghz transmitter and not the 5.8Ghz which is for the P2 vision poducts.
