FPV Boscam ts-352 Trouble

Installed a ts 352 on my Phantom 1. It's interfering with the quad signal some how. When I get more than than 20-30 meters away, get a flashing yellow. Lose control and usually crash. Drone does try to come home.
No problems at all, with video transmitter disconnected. Have tried all 8 channel settings, no luck.
Any suggestions ?

Figured out my problem I think. According to the back of my controller, it operates at 5.7-5.8 GHz.
Spec sheet says 2.4..I'm confused now. But would explain the conflict with my ts352.
