    Decisions, Decisions

DJI Phantom Vision 2 + / Stock Cam

A recent crash pulled the wires out of the connector (3, see illustration) for the Vision board. I believe the connector can be replaced without replacing the whole cable ribbon. My biggest dilemma is that I haven't been able to analyze a schematic (if even available) or create my own to properly place the connector back on in the correct position.

Given that... is there anyone that could snapshot or illustrate the proper position the connector should be placed on for the section that contains (4) wires going to the Vision board. I am hoping to either find a replacement at a local radio shack or electronic shop. Last resort, change the whole ribbon.

So I end up calling UAVDirect to get a replacement ribbon. I spend adequate time explaining the part along with photos and they insist it is the Cable Pack Plus bag. I explain that I don't believe that is it, if fact they need to REMOVE their logo covering the end on their website. I order it and low and behold it is NOT the piece I need. I call UAVDirect back and send photos and they tell me that it appears it was a blah blah blah... these folks are not electrically nor mechanically inclined and should not be this business. Now I am stuck with something I DIDN'T WANT and knew it was NOT right, expecting these dealers to be the top dogs in this field.
I called DJI and get a lady in China when I called the CALIFORNIA number. After explaining everything (and knew she didn't understand a friggin word); I just said thank you and let it go.

THIS PRODUCT IS A LEMON. DO NOT BUY

    or buy mine :)

Now I have a Phantom that is useless and no way to recoup my loss with the company.

    (A) The piece closest to anything I needed in the bag and it fits nothing on my craft (B) What I needed to replace (damaged piece)

Does either connector on the end of cable A fit in to the first of the two ports you pictured?
