Tho he could not see threw the tint on the windows IFthats all the place is using in an exam room is a tinted window with out a screen or a curtian then they are not providing any good privacy. and some one could just as easily use a pair of binoculars or a telescope to peer in from a distance. and I never heard of an one calling or a ban on binoculars or telescopes.
