FOUR LOUD BEEPS

I ended a firmware update on my P3P prematurely. When I checked result and saw dis-connect message instead of success, I re-inserted the disc, fired her back up, and now I get 4 loud beeps. How can I get out of this mess? Tried with and without a memory card and all it does is beep four times repeatedly. Can someone help a rookie?

Try starting over from scratch. Follow these steps exactly.

Why are you getting these kind of issues? Did you switch off RC while installing FW on P3? Try again with RC off.

I have a P3A and P3P. Bought the latter when it was $799 on eBay. Have done firmware updates in the past and never turned on remote. This time I screwed up thinking the firmware was completed on the P3P and it wasn't. Now the beeping started on the P3P and I can't shut it up. Not gonna screw with the P3A until the pro is resolved. At least I can fly. Am researching other forum post to see if I can find the answer. Both worked perfectly until the update attempt. Should have left well enough alone.
