I've never had any issues with my fpv mode but I always make sure to clear the cache and use a memory cleaner app before I fly thinking that it may be the memory is filling up everytime I fly kill all background tasks airplane mode enabled and run a memory cleaner just my thoughts hope it helps

I still do have the odd issue with drop outs finding just a few trees blocking line of site can cause problems. I also close all running programs, clear cache before opening the app. I also run 1.0.39 as I found 1.0.4 caused problems. I've had very little problems since. On the very odd occasion I have had the app crash which is fixed by restating my phone.
