Focus Callibration

Quick focus problem. I'm trying to calibrate because it told me to and it asked me to tap on something 50+ feet away. I tapped on a building 150+ feet away and it says too close.

Great, I tap on sky. No everything is out of focus no matter where I try to manual tap focus with.

Am I missing something?

Same here, and with no focus peaking on Android, Manual focus is kind of hard.

Nope 100% clean out of box

You can't use the sky. It needs to be an object with distinct outlines that has good contrast and is far enough to be at the hyperfocal for the lens. It uses those outlines at that distance to determine the right focus.

So do it in good light. Find a suitable subject far away enough and then calibrate. Check the result to make sure it worked.
