Hi guys. Currently I'm always on ND filter. In low light condition, will there be any problem if I remove the ND filter without installing the stock UV filter? Will the lens can easily got scratched?

I don't think there would be any issue without any UV filter but it's better to have at least a dust protection through a filter.

How do you get actual filter off?? I don't want to twist it too hard!

The P3S does not have a removable UV filter, so you shouldn't worry about flying without one. The earlier Phantoms didn't have a filter either.

To remove the UV filter, hold the camera firmly and grip the edge of the filter (close to the glass) and gently unscrew the lens counter clockwise. Some people use rubber gloves or a rubber band for a better grip. Don't squeeze the filter too hard, this only makes it harder to remove. It's easy after the first time.;)
