Shark!! Life complete as a drone geek :) Just after a quick dip in the ocean, I pulled out my drone and jokingly told my friend, "Let's find some sharks!" Next thing you know we found ourselves a nice once (as well as some cool Rays) as close as 20-30 yards off the beach! It was there 2 days in a row and I have a feeling we will be seeing it again!

Let me know if you guys have any recommendations on how to get a better shot - I'm thinking I should get a lot closer next time, but I was so excited/anxious that I was staring at my screen the whole time and not paying attention to the drone over the water haha - had a lot more room to get lower! Also had thoughts of rigging my GoPro up to the P3S and dropping it low enough for the GoPro to get underwater and get a cool shark shot, but I figured I probably couldn't fly laterally that well with the GoPro dragging under water. Thoughts?

baby seal pic on drone drives the sharks wild.
sling a bag of blood with small pin hole.
got a little sister? let her splash around in water.

polarized filter should let you see into water better.

They have a shark tracker app, that will tell you if a tagged shark is in area.

Really nice video. Wonder what type of Sharks those were?

Thanks! I was trying to research and figure it out and I think I see a hit of black tips on pectoral fins but it's so faint and I'm not positive... do u see that at all? If it's not that then I really don't know :(

Haha maybe I can create a release system with line and some bait and drop it down right in front of him. Lol might lose a drone if it's not done right.

Also yesssss thank you so much for reminding me about a filter lens!!

Cheers
