Well, this is located in Jablanica, Bosnia and Herzegovinia. You can read more about that here: Battle of Neretva (film) - Wikipedia
That's amazing place where a lot of tourists come, also there's Museum near that bridge so you can visit it and find a of interesting things. I've recorded one more video:
