Flying below controller

Any concerns flying below controller? I plan to fly "down" approximately 30-40ft to photograph some caves at Shell Beach, Ca. (Not into them just from outside. Just curious of below incidents.

Nope. Just make sure you continue to aim your remote controller appropriately as you descend.

You run a chance to loose GPS, but if you feel confident flying ATTI go for it and make sure to point the attenas down at the cave

I have flown about 800' below me no problem at all.
As mentioned though if you are flying out of sight of the controller you could have problems.
