Flying Around NYC

I live in Manhattan, and obviously have no place within the city limits to fly my P3P. I'm frustrated because I've owned it for 4 months now and have only flown it twice.

Does anybody know of any places within a reasonable drive of NYC that I can go to legally fly this? It sounds like NJ State parks are now out.

Any other places in CT or NJ?

I wonder if you are mobile. I would head up the Bear Mountain area. Closer is White Plains.

40 minutes in any direction gets you to very nice places, though I'd be careful flying on Long Island because of restrictive ordinances I read about in some counties.
