Just had a text from a work colleague who has just had a nasty "unknown" crash with his £2000 drone.
Lost control of it and it decided to try and bury itself at full speed into the side of a ditch. Seen the video and it was not a pretty site.
One thing he did mention was that he has found out he was flying when this site indicated not to because of solar weather:
