So I'm thinking about getting a p2v+ but with the new firmware update I heard that there are a few restrictions. No-fly zones near airports for example. I understand that, but is it true that the phantom will top out a 400ft even when not near an airport?

The 400' ceiling is NOT true.

Definitely no ceiling @ 400 ft unless you set in in Assistant yourself.

Loads of airports aren't included at all.
