My first flight over water with my Phantom(FC40) over the Sunderbans Delta in West Bengal, India
Camera - GoPro Hero3+ Silver

It took a lot of courage to take off from a Moving river cruise ship(due to gps home point issues).
Also at that time, the ship was idling and flowing with the river current so it was like the only perfect time to fly.

I read on setting home point mid air and did that a few times, mid air.
(Flip the IOC switch 5 times throughout its range. Fast blinking Green LED confirms setting of new home point at the present location of the phantom. Also, height does not matter as the phantom 'feels' for the ground before landing and cutting power to the motors)

I was flying purely visually(No FPV) and responded a few times with full reverse throttle when I lost sight of it.
It was kinda scary and exhilarating at the same time! :)

Some flight Notes :-

*I did compass calibration on the deck just before taking off.
*Usual pre-flight checks(Props, motors etc.)
*Flew within visual range.
*GPS mode throughout, with home point resets over the ship.

Hope you enjoy! :)
