We are starting up inspection services for Public Works here at the City of Woodland, CA. We are almost through the COA process with the FAA (the final letter has been sent) and we're close to being able to begin operations. As a municipality, we must follow the rules and in order to make that happen, I need to produce an operations manual that spells out how we plan to operate our P3 Pro. I will have all the chapters on pre-flight, maintenance, no-fly, etc.
My question is: has anyone out there already produce something like this. No sense re-inventing the wheel if I don't have to. I'm open to suggestions... Thanks in advance.
