Flight Controller Serial Number Invalid when flying in Authorization Zone

I am having an issue trying to fly in an authorization zone. I keep getting the invalid serial number when trying to authorize even though I have been pre-authorized via Flysafe/DJI. Anyone have this issue and/or have a solution? I've tried using both my ipad and iPhone, same result. I paired afresh the controller and Phantom 3p with no issue. Still won't work.

Okay, so I think I found the solution and I'll leave this here just in case someone does the same thing. I had filed a flight authorization for this area earlier but was unable to fly it because of high winds. So, in an effort to cover my bases in case the 3 day time limit expired, I filed a second authorization (which the system accepted). Today was a time overlap between the two authorizations so I was evidently locked out of the system. I deleted the first plan and everything worked. If anyone else has this happen, please confirm.
