flickering / strobe effect

I notice in some clips I am rendering for stock footage there is a slight flickering - strobe effect in some shots.

A search on this shows I'm not the only one. Anyone here run into this, if so can it be fixed in post and what is the best way to avoid it?

From about the 1:00 on you can notice in the trees

I can only see it when viewing in small screen on webpage here , if I go to full screen it's perfectly fine , don't know how that will help you , how powerful pc do you have ?

My PC is a new i7 6800 6 core processor with AMD RX480 8GB video card and 16GB ram - so processing power is not an issue. I see the flickering on my 24" monitor, my 27" 4K monitor and my 48" 4K TV I sometimes use as a 3rd monitor.

it doesn't show up in the 1080p version on you tube , just watched it on my hdtv .

It's almost imperceptible, but it's there. Wondering if anyone else sees it. On some videos it's more pronounced, I'll see if I can find one.
