Flashing Red Lights

I've been working on this Phantom Vision for the past couple of days. I cannot find anything on why it is flashing red lights and beeping. Nothing I've tried has worked, any help is greatly appreciated!

I saw in another post where a guy had blinking red lights and discovered one of the plugs in the NAZA module was in the wrong place.

I opened the phantom and all the connections were in the correct place and the MC is getting power. The connection that goes to M1-M4 was a little lose but that was all. I cant get the phantom to connect to the Assistant software to try and upgrade or re-install the software to the MC.
