First time over water.

This is my first time flying over water. Needless to say, it is quite nerve wracking. Yet, I'm blown away with the images from these gimbals.

I'm using DJI's gimbal.

Now, I desperately want a transmitter with a spring loaded throttle. When I let go of the throttle stick, I want it to just hover and not continue to climb or descend. Anyone know where I can get a kit to do that?
