First night flght - fireworks display

Finally grew a big enough pair of balls to have a go at this night flying malarkey. There was a local fireworks display and I thought I'd have a go at recording it. I was using my P2V as the V+ is out of action with range extender battery issues. That's why the footage is wobbly.

I was quite nervous so just left the quad in one spot and didn't attempt flying around, however in hindsight I wish I had; the footage is a wee bit boring from one perspective. I also wish I had tried different camera settings as I had left everything on 'auto' and it isn't the best quality.

Seems OK to me difficult with firworks from the ground let alone from the air. Even if you had opened right up the contrast between pitch black and the sudden almost white light is almost impossible to capture. Anything with autofocus is going to be beaten by fireworks I would have thought.
