So we just got two new 4000 batteries and a low voltage alarm. This morning we got set for a flight and while taking off slowly it tipped forward and rotors hit the ground.

Took it inside and plugged it in and did a TX calibration and a basic IMU calibration.

Next flight it lifted off and immediately went to the right rear about 20' very far and flipped. [emoji26]

Took it in and did an advanced IMU calibration. Now it flies well again. Oh, and the prop guards are back on!

Not sure why it was so off like that. It hasn't had and hard bumps yet before that.

Re: First crash today!

Do not take off slowly. Give it full throttle to get it off the ground, then back off the throttle so that it will hover maybe 40-50' off the ground.

Yeah, I figured that one out the other day when it tipped over. This one was full on out of control. It was full throttle, and it went up and over and down real fast. I tried forward and left input since it was going backwards and right, but didn't notice much. But it all happened in about 3 seconds.
