    Two key things:

    First, there are substantive differences between CASA rules and FAA rules (or in the case of recreational sUAS flying, FAA guidelines).

    Second, the FAA issued a clear and declarative memo in April 2015 to its field personnel that they ARE NOT to pursue sUAS infractions documented in YouTube videos. See here:
