Firmwear upgrade version 3 PROBLEMS

Hello
Just thought I would do a upgrade on my Vision
It looks like it had only version 1
So I just upgraded it to version 3
Now on first flight Its loosing connection every 1 to 2 minutes and returning home at very close range 50 foot or 200 feet.
What the hell have I done I am pointing the Range extender at the vision
But its loosing connection
Please note I was getting up to 300 feet on the old version which was less then the 300 metres in the manual.
Any ideas guys how to it from loosing connecting and get my max height??????????????

Have you upgraded your remote control (tx), your phone app? Camera firmware update? Changed your tx from CE mode to FCC mode by turning the screw on the back of the tx?

It was in CE mode have changed to FCC
