Firmware update problems for P-3

I have been trying to upgrade the firmware on my brand new P-3 professional. It will start to load, then quits and goes to solid red lights. The RC unit, has the red light on and the Go app tells me to upgrade it's firmware as well. Neither upgrade works! I follow the instructions to the letter, I've watched videos, and of course I can't get ahold of anyone in Tech support, I sent them emails 4-5 days ago, no response yet. I've sent them 4 emails so far over a 2 week time span= NO RESPONSE AT ALL!!! Also I have tried different micro sd cards, deleted the files, download new versions, same thing happens, OVER AND OVER AND OVER. I'M COMPLETELY STUMPED!

Was a TXT file created on your memory card? If so, what does it show?

It doesn't create a TXT file- it goes directly to all red, and freezes there. The RC unit freezes on red also.

Try down grading the firmware , download firmware 1.3.20 from dji website the rc only needs 1.3.20 firmware anyway, then just upgrade to to 1.4.10 this worked for me, let us know how it goes
