Firmware help

I have a new phantom 3 and attempting to update firmware. The firmware has been updated on microSD and installed on aircraft. The transmitter is currently up to date as well. The DJI pilot app is showing me the RC and aircraft still need to be updated.. When I check the status on the SD card it shows current firmware is up to date. What is going wrong?

Close out of your app and do a hard reset of the iPad - or whatever ur tablet is.

That's a glitch in the current firmware that lots of people are getting.
As long as you've got the up to date msg when updating, you can ignore this false alarm in the app.

I've tried a hard reset and still doesn't clear. Really would hate to ignore the warnings then have a fly away..

Did you check back to the firmware file on SD card to see if it said "success" that is confirmation the update was installed correctly.

Yes all firmware was successfully updated

A glitch that gives false alarm messages to update firmware won't make your P3 fly away.
