Finally pulled the trigger!

Been itching since the release date. Finally make up my mind and post my P2 online for sell. It got sold within 24 hours. Now I am a P3 owner. Coming from a H3-3D gimbal, I noticed the gimbal is a lot lighter and not as solid on the P3. I saw a guy on YouTube has a carbon fiber gimbal guard mounted between the landing gear. Anybody got first hand info on that?

They are used to protect the camera from below in the case of a crash. They also keep the grass down when launching from grass
