Yes, it can be debated forever like Chevy vs Ford, but what do you prefer and why?

Thank you

I personally prefer FCPX. I've been a professional film maker for a few years now and if you have a fast Mac it works like a dream - especially the updated version. When editing on a Retina macbook pro with a load of Ram it just feels like silk. The work flow to me seems better and if you work with more advanced software such as Apple's Motion it beautifully integrates with each other. Like most Apple products its nice and simple. Having said that i love all CS products too and can't really fault them and i do occasionally use Premier. Whatever works for you and your happy!

Premiere all the way ;) Haha, I'm also a film maker for a living, working of a Macbook Pro Retina and originally edited in Final Cut Pro, but upon the release of Final Cut Pro X it didn't suit me anymore. For me at least Premiere Pro just "works" everything flows and it doesn't get in my way.

The fact that everything in Adobe works togethers also doesn't hurt.

"My opinion"

I vote Final Cut Pro X because it's so $*#( cheap compared to Adobe Premiere.
