Filming p3a

Hi all, having just been mainly taking photos with my p3a, I've started to dip my toes into the video side of things now I have adobe premiere pro. Few questions here, what am I best to shoot in with the quad? 2.7k? 1080p 60fps? Or 30fps? Bearing in mind my laptop isn't the best (pretty old). How do I export to YouTube? (Best settings on premiere pro) read about H.264 but a bit confused with bit rates and such like. I would also like to extract stills from video in premiere pro too. How can this be done? Will it be good quality? Many thanks

I'm pretty new to premier pro myself but I usually film in 2.7k and convert down to YouTube 1080p when exporting, seems to work pretty well.

Nice. Do you adjust the bit rate or anything? What sort of size is your final file?
