How do I become a member of the AMA? Do they provide insurance for hobbyists?

AllDubyas, is this what you're looking for? Join AMA Today You probably want to contact them for clarification on the insurance coverage, exclusions, etc.

Unfortunately I found that they don't have insurance for AMA members who don't fly at an approved location.
