filming an airport thats not an airport yet

    would it be a big no to fly the runway at an airport that not open and not yet got any licenses ?
    airport in question is corvera airport in murcia spain

    I can't see why it would be a problem if there is no air traffic there.

    just wondered on other people's thoughts
    i dont want to tangle with DGAC
    will see how it goes when i get there

    If there's not a no/fly zone on it yet and it's not private property I would think there would be no issues but I don't live there .
    Surly someone that does can help out on this !

    it might be private but cant find out who to ask for permission
