Yup, it's true. There are now officially no federal laws that pertain to drones.

It doesn't surprise me the appeal won over the FAA after I read over all the rules / suggestions regarding aircraft / model aircraft. Hopefully this debate now can be done, including the 400 foot altitude limit debate.
