Fc40 camera mount on Phantom 2

You can mount it if you use the P2 mounting plate, it's a separate part that allows the P1/FC40 camera to mount to the P2 shell.
However, if you're talking about putting it on a plain P2 (non-Vision/Vision+), you'll have problems because the camera broadcasts on the same frequencies (2.4GHz) that the plain P2 uses for control, and that can be very dangerous.
