hi there i have an fc40 with walkera plastic gimbal and gopro 4,i have the p2 props.the weight is 945 grams.
i want to make a mod just for some fpv(i dont really use it but i say why not.)
i want to put some silicon on the battery door and put the fc40 cam and case there, the silicon will take some vibrations i think

Yes, although you might want to figure out a to tilt it down some.

And it wouldn't hurt to put a little bit of Velcro on the bottom of the battery bay and the bottoms of your batteries. The doors aren't exactly secure to begin with and you don't want that popping open in flight. Trust me, I know.

I have the Walkera on its way and figure I will upgrade the camera later. Using the FC40 as a separate camera for FPV only is a great idea :)
