Just curious if someone have tried transplanting the fc40 components to a smaller size frame like a 250 or possibly a 450-500 size quad kit.

    Thanks for the inputs.

A few on here have done this on a F450 frame, I moved my Naza from a FC40 and was going to swap the Motors and esc's but went with a E300 set. You can use the rc receiver from the Phantom also.
This led is what I used
    DJI Naza-M V2 LED Module - HeliPal

    Also this Naza pmu
DJI Naza M Lite Flight Control PMU Module-in Parts & Accessories from Toys & Hobbies on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
    And a $30.00 GPS module
Ublox M8N GPS Compatible with DJI NAZA Lite V1 V2 Flight Controller

Ive seen some f450 frames for so cheap out there, will i be able to just move everything to it (of course wiring length adjustments too) and slap a bigger battery for longer flight times?
