Hi,

For some reason I have a problem with my either my camera or gimbal, as I am using the DJI Phantom Vision I have to use the vision app to tilt the camera, however no changes seem to be made to the camera angle when I do this.

Just wondering if anyone has any suggestions as to what the problem for this could be?

It's been awhile since I have been in the assistant but there's a place there that you can disable it from moving unless bad mistaken .
It wouldn't be your camera but the gimbal and look on top where the ears are and be sure there are both pieces are in the sides or if anything is stuck there to prevent it from panning up or down .

Hi mate,
Thanks for the help, I'm going to attach some photos in hope that it will make things clearer, if it helps my camera also seems to move rather freely as I'm new to this however I am not sure if this is normal?

You have lost the cog/gear that goes in the ear and then screws to the black piece and it's not gonna work like that .
Can you put up a close up of the side of the ear with the hole in it . If I see just what you need I might beable to get that for you .
This is what it should look like IMG_5158.JPG with a cover over that .IMG_5157.JPG

OK, well you see from my picture that that plastic piece has came loose from the gimbal shaft . Your going to have to line it back up and push that plastic piece back over the spline from that gimbal plate . Now the screw that comes in it looks like mine so I don't have a clue what that silver looking piece is . I all so noticed that the rear rubber piece isn't all the way seated as the other are . Pull that down like the others and it wouldn't hurt to put some zip ties loosely through the holes . Don't tighten them tight just to help keep them secure . Maybe one on each side .

Hello,
Make sure the cog, is not stripped out, if so a new screw won't help you. I believe shapeways sells those cogs ( 3D printed ones, I've never tried them, but seen them there, or you can download the file, and make your own. )
Hope this helps.
