Faulty p4

spent all day trying to connect aircraft to RC, I was advised to firmware upd using Dji assist 2, which installed the latest update, so I thought I was almost ready to go, rebooted tried to connect and still the same error(check frequency), thought I should carry on setting up so I went to calibrate the camera and it failed 5 times at 66%, so I gave up.
Anyone have any suggestions other than send it back.
 
I had the same thing. DJI said return for replacement so I did n all good now.. I herd 1 in 3 P4 are faulty. Good luck[emoji106][emoji120]

For the OP, I'm curious as to what "Calibrate the camera" is? The gimbal maybe, but I haven't seen a "Calibrate the camera" message yet.


Aside, someone should come up with some "How do I know I got a bum one?" thread.

Okay. I'll start with my P4 returns:

1. Filter will not unscrew due to knackered threads.
2. Image is blurry from one side to the other which is sharper. Shoot a perpendicular linked fence, wall, or test chart and see.
3. ...Others? Bad battery, etc.
