Yes I totally agree. Fortunately just to get started you only need to hit, I think, 4 of the classes. 3 of those are online but unfortunately the 300 ( I think that's the #) is in person only and it's a LONG class.
After I got fully involved and went on my first multi-agency mission I fully understood (and appreciated) the classes and how to integrate. Without the structure and "common terminology" it's a Charlie Foxtrot (CF) to say the least.
