What else would one expect of an antiquated organization?

By the time they manage to get their act together, the US will be on par with third world countries in the middle of Africa for commercial UAV usage. But don't worry - the movie studios (and perhaps others with some extra "look the other way" offerings) will all be able to continue their activities unmolested. It's just those "dangerous" Realtors and people who want to run small businesses that will be expected to sit and take one up the rear yet again.
