I was just wondering. If it's against the FAAs 333 rules if real estate agents fly their own drones to film their properties that are for sale. Understand they will gain profit or make money from the sales of the properties...???

There is lots of information regarding 333 exemptions here on the forum. If you are not using it purely for hobby fun, it is considered commercial. So yes, filming for real estate (commercial use) would require a 333 exemption and keep in mind that the operator of a commercial UAV must posses a minimum of a sport pilot license.
